Overview:
We would like an Audit Log feature, to allow us to quality assess and identify data issues properly.
Problem Statement:
There is currently no way of tracking changes made to the system or recordings, meaning changes are unaccounted for and this opens up a data quality risk for us.
Proposed Solution:
An Audit Trail feature, allowing us to track:
  • Changes on videos: Title, Description, Tags, Deletions and Creations
  • Video views: Viewed By, Time Viewed etc.
  • Changes to Account Settings across all tabs, such as Members: Addition, Update and Deletions, Integrations: New Integration, Disconnections, Changes to Configuration etc., and General Settings: Changes to Account Name and Logo, SSO Changes etc.
The above list is non-exaustive, but these as a starting point would be great to see!
